Academic Excellence
Inspired By Faith
Welcome to the 2024/2025 school year. Through the school’s Lunch Duty Program, the children in grades 1 through 5, have the opportunity to go outside for recess during good weather and participate in free-play indoors during inclement weather. They can socialize, exercise, and get some fresh air, which is so important both physically and mentally. However, this can’t happen without volunteers. Our kids need YOU! For further information and to obtain the sign-up form, please click HERE.
All volunteers MUST complete the Virtus Training and background check before you can volunteer. Volunteers can be any adult (parents, aunt, uncle, grandparents) related to your child. Please complete ASAP. You can submit availability form or send email with availability form at any point in the year just must be by the 15th of each month prior. Schedules are completed and emailed week before the next month.
Volunteer Arrival
Please refer to the "Lunch Volunteer Guidelines" posted below for arrival times and further information.
At no time is a parent to discipline a child. If an incident occurs where a student is seen to be acting in a way that is counter to the St. Patrick School Code of Conduct, the Lunch Volunteer should either complete a Recess Incident Report or if immediate attention is needed, inform a teacher on duty.
Recess Incident Report Procedure
The Recess Incident Report will be placed at the security desk. In the case of an incident at recess please stop at the security desk after recess and fill one out. The form should be left with the school security officer and he will then deliver it to the main office. At that time Mrs. Darmanin or Ms. Conboy will relay the incident report to the appropriate classroom teacher, if necessary further action will be taken at that time.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Rebecca Darmanin
Principal
